Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. If you have an account with us, first log in to it, then just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit and debit card payment. You may send your payment information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet. DO NOT EMAIL IT TO US!!!.

Shipping And Handling
We charge £8.00 for shipping and handling throughout the UK.

Drop Shipping is priced as follows:

1 item: £4
2 items: £5.50
3 items: £7.00
4 items or more: £8.00

International dropship orders are charged at £6 for the first item and £1.50 per additional item, per order.



Delivery Schedule
We process your order immediately. If we have the items in stock then they will be sent out within 1-2 working days. The rest of your order will
normally reach you within 21 working days. For certain popular items there may be a longer wait. Contact us for more information on delivery times of specific items.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. This does not
apply to International customers.

Tax Charges
We charge 17.5% VAT on all orders within the UK. VAT numbers are required from International customers in order to exempt them from Vat.

Credit Card Security
All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is
placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach
our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
We will only accept returned goods if an incorrect item has been sent out,
or if an item is damaged on receipt. Returns need to be notified within 7
days and returned within 14 days. Returns will be exchanged like for like
and cannot be exchanged for different styles/sizes/colours.

Returns Policy
When returning goods please fill in a returns form.

Should you wish to return any goods then you should do so no later than 14 days from receiving the them. They should be returned to:-

You must return the goods in question at your own cost (we recommend using a registered post) and they must be received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of receipt we WILL NOT be able to accept them. If you return goods after this time then we will not accept them, and you will have to collect them from us at your own cost.





Where you do cancel your order, you are under a duty until the goods are
returned to or collected by us to retain possession of them and to take
reasonable care of them. We will not accept returns if they are in an
un-saleable condition.
